"Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was acceptable just not a lot of choices. Very very convenient to Busch Gardens and a short drive to cruise terminals. Main reason for lower rating was elevators did not work and according to other guests have not worked in a while. Carrying luggage up lots of steps is not ok at my age but probably wouldn't bother younger folks at all. Overall good place to stay "

"All was great except our room was adjoining next to the laundry room. Washer machine noise was bothering all day and night to the point you could barely hear the television and the loud cleaning employees outside our door. Other than that, it was a nice place. Restaurant was great for all meals."
