"We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter who lived nearby. The staff were friendly, and polite. No problem with communication even though I do not speak Japanese. I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The view of the mountains from the room can't be beat. I agree with one review that said the toilet in the reception is the best toilet I have been to in Japan, as crazy as that may sound. Highly recommend!"

"I arrived late at night, but the whole staff welcomed me sincerely, the room was simple and clean, breakfast was complimentary, so I don't have any complains. Someone plays music at the east side of the hotel, you can hear it when you open the window. "
