"Two staff helped us to communicate and coordinate with another onsen hotel.on the shuttle bus service. One of them could speak mandarin and helped to translate our requirements to her colleague, who is on the call with the other property. They even wrote a memo to confirm the booking. We only could remember one of them called Oishi because of the memo. We are very grateful for their help. Thanks so much 😊 "

"overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving....

"This hotel is super close to Fukuoka station which is very nice. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and the room smelled really bad, they were nice enough to change me to a different room the next day though."

"Great location to subway, only 1 stop to the airport or 1 stop to Hakata for the Shinkensen. Check in was not as straight forward as it should of been - the booking code wasnt active so didnt work. Messaged them through expedia and they sorted it so we could get in. No keys, we just took a photo of the codes to open doors. There is quite alot of road noise during the night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. The is a restaurant downstairs which was good/convenient. Family...
