"The staff make this hotel enjoyable. They are friendly, kind and helpful. I hope management pays them well because without their friendliness, I would rank this property lower. Generally, the property could use a refresh. My room was dark and the furnishings were old and chipped. The curtains should have been replaced years ago. The landscaping and pool areas are lovely, though, good job there. The breakfast is plentiful. "

"The hotel is located in a lovely bay, next to Ngala Lodge Hotel. The area around the hotel is quiet and you will be able to walk to local cafes and restaurants without harassment. The cliff top setting gives good views and provides pleasant terraces for sunbathing, swimming and eating. Rooms are large with king sized beds. Big TVs, a fridge and a tea /coffee are provided.
