"I loved this hotel! Virtual check-in was easy. Loved being able to open my door with my phone, and as soon as I entered the suite, soft jazz was playing on the radio and a hand-written welcomed me. The deluxe queen suite was comfortable, so unique and the record player and records in the room were so cool. If you need anything, it’s just a text away. "It’s good value, with nice staff and facilities. But it was cold, even with the thermostat cranked to 78, so i think the HVAC may not be coping with Portland winter temperatures. They seem to be expecting noise to be an issue, but that wasn’t so on the upper floors. Could be a good choice when the weather is milder! "
