"Excellent hote with modern, soacious and comfortable room. Lovely bathroom, great facilities. The spa however comes at an additional cost, which you would expect for treatments but I thought they had a pool and it turns out to be a hydrotherapy pool so not included with the hotel stay which was a disappointment. I didn't eat in the restaurant other than for breakfast which was excellent with a good choice of food from the buffet. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel was in a good...

"Not a very inspiring entrance through a shopping mall but received a warm welcome. Good sized room, nicely decorated but with permanently shaded windows so limited light and literally no view or fresh air possible. Nice bathroom, good shower. Noise from a nearly staff area heard through the walls. Decent breakfast buffet. Didn’t know about the discounted parking at NCP until check in when had already paid - please make this info more accessible in advance!"
