"I arrived, and the room they offered me was full of garbage bags and extra furniture. Luckily, they answered my call and gave me another room, but I was supposed to have a king bed, not a queen. The ceiling light didn't work, so I gathered lamps to light the room. I felt unsafe as a man was sleeping in the shared space and was bothering my friend.
