"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...

"Der Prt Primošten ist wunderschön und die Lage des Zimmers ist wirklich perfekt, jedoch ist der Zustand echt nicht gut. Wir durften, netterweise, vor dem Check-In unsere Koffer in das Zimmer stellen, um die fünft Stunden Wartezeit am Strand zu überbrücken. Als wir pünktlich zum Check-In da waren, war die relativ unfreundliche Dame weg und unser Zimmer aufgeschlossen- jeder hätte es betreten können und unsere Sachen klauen können.
