" The property is well located and very nice. However, the main downside was the water being cut off while I was in the middle of a shower. My partner had to go to reception to inquire, and I waited for over 1 hour without any update or assistance, even just bringing bottles of water to the room to brush my teeth ,which was quite frustrating. To add to the inconvenience, we were still asked to pay for breakfast, despite the issue we experienced, as we were told it wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, the customer service could definitely be improved. Not having water during a shower is not something you expect—especially while on holiday. "

"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach peninsula. "

"The property is wonderfully spacious being spread out over 3 levels with plenty of shade and a fantastic pool area. The property is in a rural location with views of the mountains and sea, but only a 10-minute drive down into Primosten which is a small but lively seaside town with picturesque old town on a hill and pristine beaches. There's also a wonderful coastal path for walking, running and cycling that stretches for many kilometres. There's a winery and large Tommy supermarket both within 5 minutes' drive of the property which is extremely well-equipped and has everything you could need. An amazing apartment with extremely helpful hosts in a stunning location to which I would definitely return as the whole experience was perfect."
