He communicated all necessary details in advance and leading up to our arrival, including how to access the building if arriving late (trains are always late!). "Very nice and clean, room is small but that’s to be expected in Europe if your custom to the US. The room could use a shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff when getting ready. Refrigerator in room is nice and works well. Very pleased with the accommodations "

"Clean room and accommodations. It can be bit difficult to find but there's a bar below with the name and just go in there and ask and they will get you settled in. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would stay again."
