"Staff and cleanliness, although something needs serious attention. Some parts of the property wall are peeling off specially in the spa, in our room it also have a sign of wallpaper uneven. This is not something you see in 5 star hotels. Also, we requested quite room but unfortunately we were assigned in a room that have constant noise of water running through ( avoid 1105 )every 2 minutes. The staff had offered us to move but it was little late were already in bed and too tired to pack. We...
