"The Leonardo Hotel is perfectly located in the newer area of Salzburg with lots of dining and shopping options. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us several great dining recommendations including Casa Napoli, a fantastic Italian restaurant just around the corner. Leonardo's rooms are European small, but functional. The buffet style breakfast was fresh and abundant."

"Very convenient location, good sized rooms and amenities - we enjoyed our stay here as it was easy to either take a bus (2 stops) or walk to the old town where all the Christmas markets were. It is also conveniently located across the bus stop (to the old town/fortresss) and very near the local tours meeting point (across Mirabelle Palace)"

"The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. the hotel is very well located. a short walk to everywhere. We chose a room that fit comfortably our family of four, with a nice little wall for privacy. 2 big beds and a single one. I would definitely stay again. Theres coffee shop opposite the hotel and laundromat 3 min away. the mirabel garden is a 2 minute walk away if that much"

"a little further out of the city than I thought .. bus stop outside .. or uber is only 7 euros .. very good buffet breakfast .. my room was of a high standard .. Couldn’t fault the hotel "

"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. We were offered as treat warm nuts in a paper bag that added on our Christmas mood upon arrival on Christmas Eve. "This was the perfect place to stay during Christmas. They have a historic movie theater attached which we attended, also an excellent Italian restaurant where we ate 3 times, room was updated and with a beautiful bathroom. Easy taxi ride of about 13 euro, to the hotel and back. Very good breakfast, and being in old town adds to the experience. Very friendly staff as well."
