"Hemos estado prácticamente solo para dormir. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba súper caliente, incluso dejando la ventana abierta un ratito. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year"

"Super Empfang mit tollen Tips für die Umgebung.Zimmer mit Ausblick liegt zwar zur Straße hätte man aber gegen ein Zimmer nach hinten tauschen können. Frühstück war gut von Müsli bis Croissant alles dabei inkl frischem Orangensaft!Zimmer war tipptopp sauber. Das beste war die sauna, die brauchten wir in der Nebensaison nicht zu reservieren und konnten sie nutzen wann wir wollten! Einfaches aber sehr nettes Hotel. "

"Spacious ground floor flat with easy access to ski slopes, car park and supermarket. Rustic decoration giving a feeling of true mountain chalet, with wooden floor and beams. "Mi estancia ha sido muy buena. En varias paquinas de búsqueda del alojamiento está mal indicada la hora de la entrada. Es a las 17h. Pero el dueño ha sido muy amable y se ha resuelto el problema ( porque hemos venido mucho antes). "Is good to know that there is no elevator and no parking, there is a public paid parking 4 blocks from the hostel. It costed 16 euros from 7 PM to 10 AM. There was a smell in the room and linens , probably humidity. It is a hostel, it is very well located.
