"It’s cheap and I got it by mistake . I didn’t have time to check it out info Bed pillows were hard , bathroom supplies we bought but on our last day, we saw some small packages on top shelves in room not bathroom for shampoo Or soap I guess . Towels were good to use to clean the floor , old and rough . If your budget is low , it works . Otherwise I don’t recommend it ."

"My flight was delayed two days and the hotel reached out to ask if I was okay since I’d not showed up. I explained that my flight was delayed. They moved my reservation to when I would be getting into Chiang Mai. They didnt have to do that so I was very grateful!"

"Super friendly and helpful staff, from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Dining Room Host, Servers and Bartenders. Everyone we met who worked for the property was really nice. The grounds were lovely. Spray mosquito repellent if you'll be around the Harmony Cafe/Pool Bar around dusk. Sauna was not working. Gym was sufficient. Restaurant was minimal and only open for breakfast. Western Breakfast could use a daily update. You can order lunch/dinner by the pool-highly recommended. The room was lacking...

"The hotel was beautiful. There was some smell of mold in the room but it dissipated when the AC was on for a while. The shower was amazing although the posted pics don't look that great. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and we had the place to ourselves. We seemed to be the only guests. The pool deck needs some work. Breakfast was included but was only okay. For the price I can't complain about anything. Beautiful place that just needs some attention. "

"It was a fair hotel, cheap prices and good restaurant. The staff could speak very little English, which made communication challenging. It is far from the city, about 1 1/2 hour walk, so take taxi or tuk tuk,, we would stay closer to the city if we come back."
