"You pay for what you got. The staff are kind and are there 24h/24h. The room was great and the bathroom was there. The breakfast wasn’t really great, you dont have much choice. There were cereals but no milk. The hotel is located near subways. It’s okay for the price but it’s really not luxury. "

"Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "

"Hotel reminds me from the 90s,no elevator,old bed, every time you moved the metal frame created a noise,wooden walls, you can hear the alarm from the next room,wooden floors you can hear all the footsteps ,there are two peices of mattresses separated to each other, limited to 2 pillows, towels to be changed after 3days , no star rated for this hotel, overpriced for $150, no bfast, I recommend the hotel regio in Rome, it’s cheaper than Hotel Nettuno but you gonna experience the real hotel vibes,...

"There isn’t real address, had to find it by following a taxi cab. Front desk lady didn’t speak English and their card machine didn’t work, even tried several credit cards. At this point, I tried to cancel and front desk lady said no, that I had to pay, No bank available within a reasonable distance. There were prostitutes just outside the hotel. "

"The staff we dealt with were hit and miss. The person who helped us to check in was kind of rude, but everyone else were nice. But be warned, the hotel will preauthorise payment for your stay, without asking you. And it will take 1 month for the money to be returned (as per hotel staff). So I had no choice, but paying with that cc & got a really bad exchange rate. Also, the room we stayed were really old and nothing works properly. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, shower curtain keeps falling...
