"Such a great stay. The location is near to both the bus station and the train station. The room is very well equipped and clean. There is also a lounge where you can hang out during the stay. Check in staff was so nice and got us a room upgrade. Would definitely be back here when we visit Yufuin again"

It can be a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel from JR Kumamoto station with luggage as the tram is always full of people the station. But I really like the fact that it's close to the shotengai area and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and game centres around. "

"Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."
