Only negative is the mattresses are hard…like sleeping on the ground hard. They gave me an extra blanket folded in half to go under the sheets and that solved the problem. I felt guilty letting the shower run a few minutes to get hot knowing there is a water shortage. Housekeeping excellent. Would stay again. "
