My daughter and I enjoyed our time there. It was clean, quiet, convenient, walking distance to anywhere.

Good location near Oaxaca Zocalo and most important city activities. Hoyel staff is servicial and rooms are big but noisy if you are on the main patio where the restaurant is located or near the street.
Rooms need details to be called excellent, like doors that can close and isolate noise, add chairs and a table or desk, better water pressure on lavatory, etc. but it is what it is. Good location and fair price.
Construction noise from the University building next to our room till 1 AM in the morning and restarting at 7 AM.
The staff was very polite and helpful. They made me feel comfortable there and didn't hesitate to assist me with any questions I had. I would stay here again if I were to visit Oaxaca again!
It is outdated and could be much cleaner but it’s right in the center with all the walkable options. Updates need to be done and cleanliness needs to be upped we asked them to change the sheets and they they just used the same ones and made the bed
It is not a luxury accommodation but the rooms are clean, the staff very nice, the dining area and food very good, and the location is excellent (being only a few blocks from the Zocalo where you hand out).
Was a bad experience for me and my family, we arrived at the 11:00 pm and l checked my room and the toilet didn’t work, l had to put water with a bucket and I reported the inconvenience to the administrator and said that she didn’t make nothing for me because the hotel was full, it was a bad hotel for me.
