"The stay here was very pleasant. Everyone was nice and professional. The only thing that I had a complaint about is my partner and I decided to have breakfast in our room so we ordered room service. The food was on time and hot. When we unpacked the food to eat, we had no utensils or any salt, pepper, butter or jelly in which we had asked for. "Hello, I would like to say thank you for your good job, everything is so clean, the front desk good , but my room is the 1124, I had to terrible nights , the pillows give me headaches, and the mattress kill me I already have a back problem , the mattress is not orthopedic At all, I had to take Tylenol PM to sleep a little bit . "I always stay here when I fly into Norfolk late at night. The staff are always welcoming, from the shuttle bus through the front desk, down to Lauren, who runs Starbucks and serves breakfast. My only problem with my room, was that the floor was incredibly sticky, which was a bit uncomfortable; especially because I din't know the source of the stickiness."
