"The staff were so friendly and accommodating, from my phone call to let them know that I might not arrive until 10pm to the welcome I received when I managed to be a bit earlier. The locals were very friendly showing how popular the bar was! The bed was comfortable and breakfast (continental) had a wide range of choices. "We decided to stay overnight at The Juniperlea Inn on our way to Edinburgh. This place is only a 30-minute drive from the city center. The room was excellent, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. We will definitely consider staying there again when visiting Edinburgh. "

Our room was immaculate and impressively decorated. The bed was very comfortable, but the stand out feature was the tin bath - a real showstopper. "We spent 4 lovely nights at this hotel with a wonderful group of staff in every area including the big sister Hydro hotel up the hill nearby. We ate in the bar one evening having delicious soup starters and burgers with drinks for a reasonable £50 . The breakfast was buffet style with served hot full Scottish or vegetarian equivalent. Both were great quality and cooked to perfection. There is an inhouse bakery, which we had to sample, and the cakes were delicious. We saw amazing looking sausage...
