"Great area, friendly and helpful owner!"

"I made this reservation with Hotels.com. I was not told that this was a bed and breakfast that was inside of an apartment building. We spent one whole day trying to find it. When we finally figured out where it was The front door was locked. We couldn’t figure out how to get in and weren’t able to talk to anyone. The biggest problem was lack of communication and language barrier. There were a lot of things that we were not told. Such as how to get into the building or contact the owner to let us...

"Very nice room. Clean. Staff very nice and friendly. If you were wanting to use the jacuzzi, just know they only turn it on for an hour in the morning and from about 5:00-6:30 p.m. "

"The room was very satisfactory. No complaints whatsoever. The location, while close to the action of bustling tourism, is seedy, with homeless encamped outside the entrance and was hard to find at first. The staff is very limited but were friendly and helpful. The breakfast voucher is to a bar which is fine, but seconds are on you. "

"Il servizio Breakfast è da migliorare (il misero cornetto con il cappuccino al bar vicino alla cattedrale è un pò pochino) Specificatelo meglio nel dettaglio della riservazione così si può decidere se includere nella riservazione la colazione. La responsabile comunque carina e ci ha dato alcune dritte per la cena."
