"Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not...

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly, especially Mohammad. Mohammad also provided recommendations on where to eat for dinner. They did a great job, which helped us to truly enjoy our stay. "

"Ok for a quick trip. Was visiting the zoo and needed somewhere to sleep. Hotel felt clean in general but the rooms are quite tired and need work. Was going to eat at the restaurant but when we got there a customer was complaining about the food quality so gave it a miss. Parking is handy"
