"Terrible smell of drains. We stayed at this hotel in 2022 and it smelt of drains. In 2023 it still smelt of drains. The staff had all the doors open and it smelt really bad everywhere. Fire safety is BAD. ONE escape stairway made of wood. No external fire stairway. This hotel is a fire trap. External polystyrene cladding being fitted on the outside walls with NO fire protection. A SERIOUS fire hazard like UK Grenville Tower. Do not stay here."
