"Loved the view and the vicinity to Times Square and Bryant Park. The room was a little hot, but cracking the window in February fixed that problem. Staff was super helpful and friendly. This was an amazing trip overall, and this hotel played a huge part in making some lasting memories. Thank you!"

"Our stay at Hyatt Place was awesome. We were there for two nights and we could not have asked for more. Kevin at check in and Shawn (Manager) were awesome and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and made the stay even better!"

"Overall, hotel was nice and clean. Upon entering the hotel was greeted with such great hospitality. Not sure if it was just my room, but I was freezing no matter how I adjusted the thermostat. Also, was not happy with the view from my room. "
