"I was a bit nervous because it was a one star property but the place was homey and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was traveling with an elderly parent so I was looking for a location that was close to the train and bus station and a place that was affordable. I think the front desk staff went above and beyond and I'm grateful for their advice and recommendations. The building is a bit outdated and it could use some fixing up as well as some new furniture but I have no regrets staying...

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the location was perfect - after a short vaporetto ride from the train station to the hotel we just walked everywhere. The staff was lovely - Tiziano was so helpful (even giving me directions over the phone when we got lost on our way to the hotel) and friendly. We were a little doubtful ahead of our stay because of the 1 star, but we had a wonderful time, and the best customer service. "

"Perfect location. Near many of the points of interest and the water bus. One negative was the tv which had probably 200 channels and all were in Italian. We certainly didn't travel to Venice to watch tv it is nice to have something to watch in bed at night. We are English speakers but they have nothing in French, German etc. Other than that it's a nice place "

"We had a bit of hard time to find our keys as we got there and nobody was at the reception desk. They don't speak English but we managed with google translate. Room was super nice and clean and is a 5 min drive to Treviso airport. We also find dining that was amazing, so overall a good experience."

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice.
