"Wonderful location"

"Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"It's a nice enough hotel, right next to the funicular that takes you to the train station. The rooms are quite dated, but the breakfast was nice the service was very good."

"The place is conveniently located near the train station as well as the funicular to go to the lake promenade. They are between 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel respectively. Daniel was very prompt in responding with whatever we need figured out in the room besides being nice and helpful. Thank you, Daniel; you made our stay wonderful!"

"This truly is a find and thank the internet for it. I would never have stayed there because it is a bit out of the way, yet very accessible and close enough to everything. The B&B totally renovated and the rooms are simple, but wonderfully decorated with the owners personally collected art. Check in is after 15:00, just plan accordingly. The host was very helpful with tips about local events, places to see and discovering the area by foot, bicycle or car. The Continental breakfast was...

"the shower was broken and there was a bit of mold in the shower stall—very limited glassware, etc."

"Getting to and from the hotel with out a car is very expensive. Even taking city bus which is paid for by hotel, there are many steep hills or steps to climb up from train station. Checked in the staff very nice. In room. No toilet paper, not even an empty roll. Had to go ask for it. The room had paper garbage under table. Breakfast was included but not much to speak of. I would never go back. Legs all bit up in the morning. Bed very uncomfortable and room very tiny. "
