"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"The hotel was very basic and was definitely geared towards winter vacations. Our very small bare room had two beds, one outlet, one ceiling light and two metal shelfs. The shared bathroom was ok, but the toilet stalls were made from plywood and everything seemed to be done on a budget. All this would have been fine since the price matched the amenities, but it didn't. We found an amazing hotel (with an electric charge station!) in a neighboring town at a lower price. "

"La ubicación es excelente para conocer la zona. El camping está bien cuidado y es bastante agradable. En nuestro caso nos alojamos en bungalow. Disponen de 4, si es verdad que están los 4 en la misma zona, pero solo 2 de ellos tienen ubicación excelente con vistas al valle,que son los que aparecen en las fotos. "Spacious ground floor flat with easy access to ski slopes, car park and supermarket. Rustic decoration giving a feeling of true mountain chalet, with wooden floor and beams. "Is good to know that there is no elevator and no parking, there is a public paid parking 4 blocks from the hostel. It costed 16 euros from 7 PM to 10 AM. There was a smell in the room and linens , probably humidity. It is a hostel, it is very well located. Know that you have to check in and check out the only people you will ever see are the ladies from the bakery store next door. That's the actual entrance / exit from the hostel. "The place is well situated and you can have a parking lot. The apartment is correct, enough for 5 people. But I would mention a few details: it should be a bit cleaner, the kitchen is not fully equipped (not a single kitchen rag, no oven, old & broken toaster, not enough cups...)."
