"I thought these were two adjoining apartments for all 9 of us to stay. I was expecting a kitchen we could share and a balcony. Not easily accessible from City Center; we took the 534 bus and then had to get a taxi the rest of the way, 90euros for 2 taxis. Our airport transfer was 120euros for 2 taxis. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful and worth the trip to Acireale! Also have those euros available for payment! Even tho I wasted my time calling and was absolutely told by...

Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... "This hotel was very nice - it was very clean, very modern decor. The amenities were very nice, the breakfast was excellent. It was close to the Mt Etna tour which we took. Small drawbacks were a lack of blankets in the room, and the staff did not speak a lot of English. That was fine, we worked it out, but it was noticeable. I would definitely stay here again."
