"The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes."

"THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS HOTEL with 5 floors !!!! Why is this not mentioned in the listing anywhere? Is this a deliberate omission to mislead customers? We arrived with 2 suitcases and were allotted room on 4th floor! And the old man in charge couldn't/wouldn't help us to carry the luggage up. And would not give us a room on a lower floor. He couldn't speak English at all (not his fault but I would think for a hotel with international customers they should at least make an effort to hire...

"We had an excellent stay here. It is the perfect place for sightseeing as itwas easy to access from the main train station, only four stops and the metro station is within 2 minutes of the hotel. It is walking distance to the Coliseum which was handy. The benefit is that you are handy to all the tourist spots but the neighborhood is relaxed and away from all the busy, overcrowded and overpriced spots. There are lots of great places to eat nearby including Zero which is just next door, delicious...

"The location is the main positive for this hotel, it was a short walk from Termini and we ended up walking to Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps and for food and drinks on the night. The hotel itself was very awkward as you needed to buzzed in every time you wanted to be in but then go to the reception desk (which took us ages to find, it’s on the second floor btw) and get your key each time you came back then they would buzz you into your section where your room was. "Everything is Ok. Reasonable price and very close to Termini Station and super accessible. But don’t expect for fancy stay. Staff is great very friendly."
