"The hotel although a bit far from the city is very close to one of the major transport hub. The train, metro and bus stations nearby. Hotel itself is clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet is really good. "

Generally, central parts of every city is busier than usual and of course a tad dirty. There is a security guard at the entrance and even the area has so many policemen around. "I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground. "

"Everything about the property was good including the staff who are quite helpful. The only item that could be substantially improved is the water pressure on the 5th floor suites. We had two rooms on that floor but the water pressure was so low that the Bidets were completely usable. "

"Hotel staff are amazing, made our stay lovely. Underground parking isn't accessible as the ramp down is too steep but the uncovered parking worked just fine. Room as a little run down but for the price its very good. "
