"Huge rooms with beautiful views and an onsite Japanese garden super close to the monorail station connecting to the JR Kokura train station and other destinations. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. The retro feel of the rooms may be a selling point to those who like that however. "

"I would give 6 stars if I could. The hotel room and lobby areas are spotless. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. Free breakfast was tasty and wonderful. You get to store your luggage for free for the day of check in and check out so you could go sightsee carefree. Amenities include PJs, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc. Overall very very satisfied with our stay. We also got a water view room so that was a bonus. "

"Simple place for a night stay after shopping at The Outlets Kitakyushu. its an old hotel but the room is decently clean and it comes with free parking. the service from the staff is really good for my stay"

"Overpriced for what it is. Spend less and go to a hostel, or more for a better hotel. Terrible rooms, open ceilings, very hot, not good. Booked for 5 days and didn’t even stay for 1 it was so bad."

"Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints. Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional.
