"The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

"Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it. "Reception closed with poor signage to the nearby Campanile reception. Lack of sleep due to neighbouring rooms partying all night. Man those mattresses need some oiling after all that squeaking. Definitely not sound proofed rooms"

"The place is really nice, although no elevator However I would said that when you look for a hotel is so there is easy access to it, this is a bit different as we have to wait for the person to give us access instead of getting to the reception and get the correct information. "Apartment had everything we needed. Did not make use of the full kitchen facilities but it was good to have as an option. You can hear noise from apartment next door and above so this did cause some sleep disruption but not a major issue on the odd occasion. A comfortable stay overall."
