It’s well appointed and spacious, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is packed with bakeries, restaurants, and shopping. A few blocks from Metro. "The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

"In a quiet Paris street near Place d'Italie so just a few minutes walk to the Metro. Very friendly welcome from the owner, a deposit was required but it was fine. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable bed, fridge and even a sink and microwave if you needed it. And the windows were openable. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Some noise could be heard by other guests leaving and entering their rooms and there are steep steps to the higher floors with no lift but it wasn't a problem for...

"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"
