"First time at a Hyatt House. Lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen/bar staff friendly and attentive. We ordered food from the kitchen for a quick meal -- fresh sandwiches, large portions, with good fries. The room was clean and comfortably appointed. Though we didn't have a use for it this time, I liked that there was a guest laundry on-site. Since we were just visiting for a quick appointment in town we didn't rent a car for...

"Nice property in a quiet area, but no shopping or restaurants nearby. All was good, except for the unexpected $30 dollar parking fee. That’s pretty insane, but seems to be standard these days. Reminds me of banks charging all of those fees."

"Room was comfortable enough. Air conditioner fan was squeaking loudly as to make it unusable. Otherwise comfortable. Second floor with no elevator made carrying heavy luggage cumbersome."

"Met our expectations. A little dated but most importantly it was safe and clean. Staff at breakfast was fantastic. Nicely decorated for the holidays. All in all a nice, uneventful stay. Oh and they got us checked in early so we could make a 2pm wedding. "
