"フロントが居なくて中々チェックイン出来なかった。と言うより鍵がかかっててホステルの中に入れなく、電話してもチャイムを押しても誰も出ず、寒空の中ホステル前で１時間途方に暮れた。最終的に電話は通じてチェックインできたが、その後滞在中一度もフロントを見かけなかった、管理に問題あり。予約される方はチェックインできないのは覚悟で。"

"1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。"

"It's a really well designed Hostel with very nice, cosy feeling, very clean, very new facilities, in a pleasant area and we really appreciated the staff and owner who were so nice to us - even inviting us to a New Year Party! We extended our stay an extra two days after arriving because it was a great spot for us to make day trips to Nara and Kyoto too! We'll come back. It was perfect for the father son trip we made around Japan."

"It was very convenient but the bed was very cold. The upper bunks were hot so I wore my jacket and two pants to sleep. Otherwise a nice hostel. Nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom and shower area. Nice if towels were included."
