"Hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfy and the shower was hot, it is perfect for its price point. Had a lovely stay."

"We went for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. Our balcony had a lake view and it was close to downtown hot springs!!! We will def be back when the weather isn’t so cold so we can enjoy the balcony and view more"

"Staff was excellent. Liked dining area. Although upgrades have been made, disliked scarred bathtub, beat up lampshades, light coming in from around the room door, exhaust fan was on when bathroom light was on-too noisy and hallway carpet was not laid properly. Although it looked new, it was wrinkled. Did any of these dislikes make a difference in my stay? No. I would stay there again."
