"I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. "The room was a smoke free room and it smelled like smoke, the covers had cigarette burns in it. The floors were stained, stains on the mattresses, pillow cases dirty, light switch missing, this place will definitely make your skin crawl. It was the nastiest place we have ever stayed in and we will definitely not be back."
