"Everything for the most part was great. My wife got an attitude 3 times from Cantrell on the night shift (she believes that was her name), but everyone else was superb! James and Carmen were exceptional. I know space was limited but I would have liked to have seen more HC parking. Also two things with the room, the toilet was too close to the wall imo, and it might be a good idea for you to invest in some rubber mats for the showers. The porcelain is very slippery. "We had an ocean view room with nice accommodations. We fished on-site and ate at the on-site restaurants. The service and staff were delightful and the grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend this location for families and those wanting to relax and get away."

"Rooms were clean. Location was perfect! Walk to beach and restaurants. Hotel itself is a bit dated. Pool in just a hole in the middle of the parking lot, but it was clean and we swam and enjoyed it! You get what you pay for and for the price I will return anytime! "

"The hotel is comfortable for a short stay. Location is excellent. Rooms clean but a lot of stains on cloth furniture. Towels a little ruff. Maybe it’s the water. Nice breakfast, good options to start your day. We did have an issue with parking. Called stating we had a small motorcycle trailer and was told they had parking to unhitch it while we were there. "The elevators was slow and small. Took a while to come to third floor so we took the stairs. For breakfast there were so many people, the lines were long and there were a lot of kids running around the hotel playing and dripping water on floor, loud and playing in hotel. The room was a bit pricy for one night stay considering. The hotel needs a upgrade."
