"This hotel is nice and conveniently located to everywhere near the center of town. I stay in this hotel whenever I visit Trujillo. In the past, my only complaint was the wi-fi, but they have fixed that, and it my last visit, the wi-fi was excellent. The food at the restaurant was great and priced affordably, so my wife and I dined a couple of times in there without issues."

"I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. Because he asked for hot water, they answered: we dont offer sauna.The breakfast is at 5th floor and NO ELEVATOR. I always stay at Costa Del Sol, but they were full. "The hosts are very nice people. The suite was very updated, modern, and clean. There are several problems, however, the wifi kept timing out, there was no one available to turn our keys into when we wanted to check out. The worst, however, is that you need a key to leave the building. This to me is a fire hazard. It is one thing to need a key to leave the suite (which was not the case) because you can leave the key in the door in case you need to rush out quickly, but you can't do this with...

"This place is awful. Very loud you can hear the neighbor use the bathroom. All the sounds you can imagine. The disco next door blares music all night. They put someone next to me despite the floor being empty and they talked all night and you could hear every little sound. One hour sleep. Blood stains on the sheets. Avoid!"

"Friendly but staff did not speak english. But location is fantastic, perfect! However if you are a light sleeper it will be a bad choice for you because you can hear everything absolutely everything outside and neighbors. A poor guy was really stomach sick first night and we felt really sorry for him, it was like he was in our toilet."

"Front desk person spoke English well, breakfast was decent. Air conditioning didn't work in room, two smoke detectors were constantly beeping loudly all day and all night, WiFi frequently disappeared, hot water was rare, toilet didn't flush completely, no remote control for the TV. I'll never stay again. "
