"The visit was made complete by one individual working there who was great and attentive - the rest of the personnel did not give the impression like they were running a hotel. The great individual in the cap was very service minded and polite, other than him they have improvements to do. I.e the booking was at first not recognized as they claimed that they had double booked the room, whereas they offered us another room not close to what we had booked.
