"Location is a short walk to main beach. This is a typical older beach-side hotel - don’t expect the Hilton. Clean, although room is small for 4 persons; quiet for sleep. There is parking available - very challenging underground parkade; not suitable for midsized or larger SUV. Very small car or motorcycle. If you are used to generous North American underground parkades then this will be a stressful experience if you value your car. Generally, parking anywhere in Tossa is near impossible...

"The hotel is in a quiet area easily accessed from main roads and walkable to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The pool area was a great space in which to relax and best of all the pool was large enough to swim laps. I very much enjoyed my stay. "

"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. "Our stay at Aparthotel Iris was fantastic. The location is great, literally a minute walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the train station. There are bars and restaurants on the doorstep of the property and others not too far away. The ownership were very amenable and helpful with anything we needed. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and equipped with all you could need during your stay. We had our dog with us and he immediately felt at home. We will definitely go back to...
