"Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. "This is a budget friendly property. It’s a short walk from the train station making it easy to visit surrounding towns. It’s also very close to grocery stores. My only criticism is there was never any soap in the soap dispenser in the sink in the hallway."

"The hotel was nice and clean, within less than a minute from the beach. Equally close to the train station and to downtown too. Staff was very friendly. If you have a choice, don’t book rooms with windows facing the street, there’s a noisy bar outside and they stay open past 2-3AM. keeping the windows closed helps."
