"Clean and very comfy beds. But property is dilapidated and in a state of repair. The breakfast is pretty basic and not worth paying for - there are tons of breakfast options within 4-5 minutes of the hotel."

"Starting from the beggining when the host Roxana contacted me in advance with a full description how to acces the room since i was arriving late. It made my arrival in Rome stress free. The room was very clean and cleaning was performed accordingly every day of my stay. Staff is very friendly and i want to thank everyone that was involved as it made our stay very comfort. "The property was hidden away on a side street. The room was clean and in decent condition. There were some marks to the head board. The private bathroom for our room was along the hall as opposed to being en suite was the only thing which stopped this from being a 5 star review. The whole staff are very good and responsive. I would recommend it to my friends, as location is great: 15 minute walk to collosseum, trevi fountain is about similar, pantheon a bit further like 30 minutes."
