"Everyone in the hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good and the coffee was the same, to take transportation you just walk 11 minutes (via del mare) and if you want to go to the center of rome it is quite cheap. Thank you all for your attention!"

"Since my arrival the attention and communication exceeded my expectations, hosts were always pleasant, available and very attentive to my needs.Everything was clean and pretty, But most of all hospitality and their kindness went above and beyond. "Very good location and place. Highly recommended. (Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "

"Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here."

"We had a 6 night stay in this comfortable, clean, modern and spacious hotel. We loved the area, which is right across from the Opera House of Rome. There are lots of shops, great (and affordable!) restaurants and we walked everywhere in Rome without using any other transport (other than the Stadio Olympio). It is about 10 minutes walk from Termini Station, so we were there little more than half an hour from leaving the airport. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I would definitely come back stay here if I was lucky enough to be in Rome again!"
