"Good location. Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Happy stay! The only problem was that I paid CHF10.9 for the city tax as per hotel. But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax.
