We took a long and valuable time trying to contact someone. We had to book another property (a real hotel) on the last minute. We asked for the cancellation of the hoStel booking and to be refunded. However, the person we could contact on the phone just ignored us. We lost a lot of money time. This was not...

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"
