"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) "We have had a great stay. Dinner lastnight in the Smiths Brasserie was superb and when we retired to the oak bar after we received great service there also. Off to the spa this morning for a detox. "

"Love the hotel and location. Check in was average and staff were ok. Room was lovely although the window looked out to a wall and a window opposite full of junk! Breakfast let everything down, fruit juices, fruit platters and cereals empty, took ages for our cooked breakfast to arrive, approx 40 minutes eating into our day. Such a shame this was so disappointing, most guests were complaining. I would get breakfast else where! Well done to Emily who was very attentive and easily the best member...

"Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good ! Has lots of space around the hotel. Loads of rooms , the room was really good ! I would definitely stay again ! Thank you to the staff and everyone that make this hotel fantastic! Will come again sometime in the distant future ! "
