"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "This was our second time staying at Lynstone Lakes, and it didn't disappoint. The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed, including a litre of milk, toilet paper and clean towels. The kitchen is really well stocked too with utensils and equipment. The location is brilliant, secluded so its quiet, but only a 15 minute walk into Bude along the road, or slightly longer along the scenic canal. "The safari tent is large and well constructed. It doesn’t really feel like a tent when you are inside but has all the charm of a safari tent from the outside.
