The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable. "

"The various people who were at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful throughout my trip. I speak enough French to get around, but everyone was fluent in English which made communication easy. My room was really lovely! A full kitchen including a refrigerator, a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower with rain showerhead and even a narrow balcony with a small cafe table and chairs (i stepped onto the balcony but didn't sit at the table.) "We got exactly what we expected with this hotel. It was basic & clean. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels with staff available on the desk all times if needed. A metro station a hundred yards down the road gave easy access into central Paris & a wealth of cafe/restauraunts between us and the Sacre Coeur some 15 min walk away.
