"Fine stay for a night in Sapporo. Good view and lighting in the room with all necessary amenities. Parking structure near and close to station, convinis, and parks. Would stay again for a quick layover. "

"Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent."

"This hotel is fantastic! It overlooks Odori Park, which was the perfect location for attending the Sapporo Snow Festival. You literally walk out the door into the festival. The lobby / cocktail area is very hip, with fabulous views of the park and tower. Rooms were on the smaller side, but well appointed. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to Sapporo! "

"Location wise, its great. Close to JR Sapporo station and also underground passage is right around the corner so you can avoid the slippery road and cold weather. Staff service is great, warm welcoming smile and attitude. Lounge is also well maintained and clean"

"I had a wonderful stay at APA. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The bed was really cozy, and the bathroom was nice and tidy. The hotel also had great amenities. I enjoyed the restaurant’s food, and the pool was a nice spot to relax. The location was perfect. close to everything I wanted to see and do (better if you drive) Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! "

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "

"The only reason its a 4 out of 5 is because of the nature of the "rooms". I opted for a standard room which is nothing more than a single bed in a cubby in the wall. I knew that when i booked, so it wasnt a problem, but its not what I'd call 5 star accommodation. That said, the staff and common areas were great, the place was clean, and the onsen was great too."

"This hotel is conveniently located next to JR station, and is surrounded by department stores. You can basically buy anything you need. It is clean and modern. The bathroom is very spacious. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again in my next visit."

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. "The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The Food menu offered something for everyone both Western and Japanese preferences. The hotel is close walking distance to most shopping and tourist locations and close to all metro transportation. I would definitely stay at the Cross Hotel again!!!"

"Room was much smaller than were used to and beds were a bit odd as the mattress kept falling off the box spring but it was not uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was fairly quiet but hotel was exceptionally located right n the middle of this vibrant city"
