"Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to the Club Floor and it was great to have access to the lounge and the staff were very nice. Atrium bar and performers were very good and the host, Mala was lovely. I wish I could have stayed a week instead of just 2 days."

"Loved the hotel decor, overall vibe and cleanliness. The room was spacious and I had a nice few of the street. Convenient bar/restaurants/coffee shop in the hotel. My shower was not working one evening (it was scolding hot water) but the front desk person brought me a bucket with colder water to mix with it so I was able to wash. "

"The location was close to lilavati hospital which was very convenient for me and family. The staff and all of reception were polite and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was nice, a bit inconsistent, and the view from the restaurant terrace was excellent. Overall the room was old, had a smell and paint peeling off various parts. The rooms, lobby is in need of an update. "

"The size of the room was rather small. There was a bad smell in the room, even after they ‘sprayed’ it . When I booked the hotel through Hotels.com which stated that there was breakfast included, they didn’t honor that and asked us to buy the breakfast! There was no coffee pot in our room, when we asked for one they told us that our room didn’t come with one. Not included in the booking price! There was a TV, but it didn’t work although some one tried to fix it. Overall they don’t seem to care !"
